My goal is to do all I can to ensure each patient has a positive surgical experience, receives wonderful care in our Joint Replacement Center, and leaves with knowledge and confidence to continue a successful rehabilitation and recovery. My goal for patients is to enjoy life and their mobility, doing things they couldn't do before because they were limited by pain and arthritis.

Sarah Assists Patients By:
- Assessing your needs at home, including caregiver availability
- Coordinating scheduling for preoperative total joint class and verifying appointments for medical testing
- Serving as a liaison for coordinating preoperative care between your doctor's office, the hospital, and the testing facilities, if necessary
- Verifying that you have made an appointment, if necessary, with your medical doctor and have obtained the preoperative tests your doctor has ordered
- Assessing and planning for your specific care needs
- Coordinating your discharge plan to outpatient services, home, or a sub-acute facility
- Assisting you in getting answers to insurance questions
- Acting as your liaison throughout the course of treatment from preoperative through postoperative discharge
- Answering questions and coordinating your hospital care with Joint Replacement Center team members
- Answering questions and directing you to specific resources within the hospital.
